Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices, tailored to your own specific health challenges.

The  practice uses movement , mindfulness, relaxation and breathing to bring awareness and to manage underlying conditions, or symptoms in addition to treatment by a health provider.

Hello, it’s great to welcome you to my yoga therapy space.

Yoga has been a part of my journey since my mother introduced it to me at the age, 17. This was when my path changed, and yoga became a significant part of my life.

After having my children, I lived in West Africa, and my yoga path continued and became a yoga teacher. I loved teaching yoga and am very thankful for all the lovely memories of the amazing people who came to practice yoga.
